Upcoming Association Meeting

The Association will be meeting at the Bethany Christian Church at the usual 7pm time on Thursday, June 26th. We will be discussing lots of items. Please plan to attend and catch up on the progress of the entrance project with the head of the design committee and all the latest events planned for the neighborhood for 2008. If you have an item to add or a concern please feel free to come and add your name to the list to speak at the end of the meeting agenda. We hope to see you there!

Spring Clean Up a Success!!

Incase you didnt notice- you can See both ways down Sheridan to enter traffic! Our spring clean up effort worked great. Thanks to all who helped with the effort. Our hard work paid off. Not only can we avoid a dangerous traffic hazard- our area is looking well kempt and taken care of. We werent able to get to the fences, but if any neighbor has some need of help with their fence along Sheridan please let your block captain know so that we can get some neighbors together to get it corrected. The association can not provide funds but we can provide labor. We all like our quiet, beautiful Valley. So if you need some neighborly help give a shout! Be looking for the updates on the Vision 2025 project on the entrances to come soon. Happy Spring

Well its that time! We are meeting at 8:00am on Saturday, April 5th to help spring clean our neighborhood. It is this time that we will be working on the fence and trees and shrubs that line the Sheridan sidewalk. If you want to help and can lend a hand or a trimmer- Come on out and meet us at the North Entrance. We will be working our way southward. Promises of water, and free donuts, too!

ALERT!!! Looking for Volunteers

If anyone has experience with architecture or design- we need you on the design committee! If you have an idea on what the new entrances should like bring your design to Marilyn Avilla. We will be collecting ideas till March 17th- then we will vote on the best design and go forth and get bids on the ideas. Our next meeting March 6, 2008 (Bethany Christian Church) at 7pm. Just a few items on the agenda is updates on our Vision 2025 funding, signage designs and ideas- bring yours! AND dates for neighborhood garage sale, spring clean up and signing up for committees to help throughout the neighborhood. Dont miss it!! Sheridan Valley Neighborhood Happenings

Hurray the storm debris is gone and the sun is finally coming forth! We are going to have a neighborhood association meeting on March 6 , 7:00 pm at Bethany Christian Church 6730 South Sheridan Road. If you would like to have an item on the agenda please get in touch with President, Todd Burson 488-9868.

Some things to think about: We should be hearing about our Vision 2025 monies for the entrances soon. We have not yet done anything at the entrances in hopes of being able to plan around the timeline of funding and start of our new signage. Please plan on attending the neighborhood meeting to get the latest information on this and upcoming events.
