Update on the Garage Sale benefiting Landscaping

Well as some of you already know- our neighborhood garage sale netted $366.71 to go towards purchasing landscaping around the new entrances. It was hard work but a good time was had by all who worked! Lots of neighbors donated items and time and for a worthy cause. If anyone has any comments or suggestions on raising any more funds for the landscaping please contact your block captain. The latest update from Phil Gray our project manager is that the City of Tulsa is going through the process of issuing purchase orders for the scroll letters to go on the signs. We are getting closer to the end where we can see all the finished work but remember neighbors we have to work with the City and sometimes it takes time for the review process to catch up with the rest of us.
